As the creator of your Stewdio you are given the rights of an
Administrator. This means you have the authority to:
-
Change content in the entire site both Public and Private Areas.
-
Add and delete members.
-
Approve or reject Membership Applications.
-
Change User Information
for all members including those without email. When you add an
email address for a member who didn't have one(giving them access to
the private area) you need to approve them again.
-
Post documents to the "Shared" areas.
-
Add, delete and edit events in the Calendars.
-
Edit postings in the
Discussion Area.
-
Set up email distribution
lists for all to use. Be sure the names are recognizable
(Officers, Admins, etc.)
You may grant or transfer administrator authority to others in your group so they
can share or take over these responsibilities. Make sure you
give them good instructions on what is happening in your Stewdio BEFORE
you let them loose. They too will have the POWER.
As a member of a Stewdio you have many privileges. Your email address
is used for identification for admittance to the Private Area of the
Stewdio. In the Stewdio you can:
-
Edit your own user information so it is always up-to-date.
-
Post messages in your Discussion Areas for discussions about
various topics of interest to your group.
-
Send documents to your administrator for posting in the Shared
Document area of your Stewdio.
-
Use the Address Book to send group emails to many different
members of your group at once including preset Distribution Lists to
specific portions of your group.
-
Change your password at any time.
-
View your group’s Calendar for events of interest.
When you enter information into the Generator's
forms you will have an opportunity to look over your input,
change it, and then when you're happy with it you scroll to the bottom
of the page and click on the "Next" ,
"Continue" or "Submit" button. Don't
worry too much about what you do because you can always come back later
and easily change whatever you like by using the "Update Stewdio Content"
feature. The only thing you can't change is the name of your group
(because it becomes the URL of your Stewdio and everyone uses it to find
you), so make sure it's right in the beginning.
Gather the information you want to make
available to the public and your members. Don't worry
about missing something. You can change any of this
information whenever you like by simply going to the Update
Stewdio page.

To do this you can either manually enter each
